Board of Directors
Forum for strategic deliberation, responsible for establishing Corsan’s strategic planning, defining guidelines, appointing and monitoring the performance of the Executive Board. It is responsible for determining the implementation and supervising risk management and internal control systems, in addition to approving and monitoring decisions involving corporate governance practices, relationship with stakeholders and the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
CFO and Director of Investor Relations at AEGEA Saneamento, holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FVG) and completed the Advanced Management Program from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), United States, has over 30 years of experience in the financial and capital markets. He began his career in 1988 and has held various positions in Brazil and the United States at Banco Geral do Comércio, Montgomery Asset Management, Banco BBA Creditanstalt and BNP Paribas. He joined Gerdau S.A. in 2004, where he was initially the manager of Gerdau’s family office and later the CFO of Gerdau Ameristeel in the United States. In 2012, Mr. Pires assumed the position of CFO and DRI at Gerdau, a position he held until 2015 when he took over as CFO and DRI at Ultrapar Participações S.A. In April 2022, Mr. Pires was elected member of the board of directors of Yduqs Participações S.A.
CEO of AEGEA Saneamento, he joined the company as executive officer in 2011 and continues to lead the operations of the Company and its subsidiaries. He has held leadership positions in other infrastructure companies, where he obtained solid experience in regulated services, especially highway and sanitation infrastructure. He was Chief Operations Officer of CIBE Participações e Empreendimentos S.A., a group specializing in infrastructure works and projects. Radamés has a degree in information technology, with specialization in Infrastructure Management from FGV and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Fundação Dom Cabral /INSEAD.
Leandro Marin Ramos da Silva is a graduate degree in civil engineer from the Federal University of São Paulo and an undergraduate degree in project management for infrastructure for FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation). Served as an executive for infrastructure projects with an emphasis focusing on building, highway concessions, and sanitation concessions. Has been with the Company since 2013, taking as head of the engineer, head of M&A, and regional officer director. Currently, is the regional vice president for south and southeast Aegea’s concessions.
Fernanda Bassanesi is has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) specialized in Project Management and Infrastructure Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). From 2008 to 2010 she worked at CIBE Participações e Empreendimentos S.A., a group specialized in infrastructure works and projects, in the area of planning & Control, with a special focus on budgeting and monitoring asset performance. She is currently Director of New Business at Aegea Saneamento, where she joined as Planning & Control Manager in 2011.
Lucas Rodrigues is a partner and member of the investment team at Perfin Infra. With more than 14 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, he has worked in the development and management of assets in various sectors, such as Sanitation, Energy, Highways, Ports and Healthcare. He is currently a member of the board of directors of EPR, a holding company created by Perfin and Equipav to operate in the highway sector. He was a Member of the Board of Directors of Sanepar, Evolua Energia, Hospital Novo Metropolitano, Logimed, among others. Lucas has a degree and master’s degree in Economics from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora – UFJF.
Gustavo Guimarães joined Perfin in 2021 to lead initiatives in the sanitation sector. Guimarães is a member of the board of directors of Corsan and statutory director of Parsan, companies invested in funds managed by Perfin. Gustavo was the CEO of Iguá Saneamento (2017-2020, with 18 operations in 5 states), where he led the company’s distressed and turnaround process. Gustavo served as CFO at Sanepar (2015-2017, 349 municipalities), mixed capital companies in the sanitation infrastructure sector in Brazil, where he successfully led the Re-IPO and the strategy for executing the company’s follow-on. Previous to Sanepar, Gustavo was CFO of Algar Agro (2010-2014), a commodities trading company focused on the soybean industry, and also served as a senior manager at KPMG (2007-2010). Furthermore, he served as CFO of Dyno Nobel and Orica (2004-2006), a world leader in mining explosives services companies. Previously worked at Deloitte, Construtora Tenda and other experiences. Graduated in accounting sciences in 1997 from PUC-MG, MBA in finance in 2005 from IBEMC and specialization in IFRS from FIPECAFE USP in 2009.
André Figueira joined Kinea Investimentos in 2022 as responsible for the Private Equity in Infrastructure area. From 2015 to 2021 André worked in the infrastructure area of Pátria Investimentos, also serving as a CFO of Argo Energia between 2016 and 2020. Prior to Pátria, he worked as an associate in the investment banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He began his career at Czarnikow Group, a sugar and biofuels trading company. André has a degree in business administration from PUC-Rio and an MBA from London Business School.
Executive Board
Mrs. Samanta Takimi is a lawyer, with a postgraduate degree in Public Law and Business Law, and a career employee at Corsan, where she has worked for over 10 years. Between 2020 and 2023, he held the position of Superintendent of Institutional Relations – his main duties being institutional dialogue and coordination with the granting powers (municipalities). During this period, it coordinated efforts to sign contractual amendments that extended the average term of contracts from 21 to 30 years. In June 2023, she was elected Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Bruno Queiroz Jatene has a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul – UFRGS (2016) and in Data Processing from Universidade da Amazônia (1997), in addition to a postgraduate degree in “Theory and Operation of the Modern National Economy” from George Washington University (2015) and in “Public Management and Contemporary Economy” from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul – UFRGS (2014). He also has an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV (2003). For 12 years he worked professionally on the boards of private sector companies, joining the Government of the State of Rio Grande do Sul in 2010, after passing an examination for State Tax Revenue Auditor. He was undersecretary and advisor to the State Accounting and General Audit Office (Cage) until 2014. In 2015, he started working at the State Treasury, where he held, from 2018, the role of undersecretary for finance. From 2019 to 2022 he served as secretary of the State Treasury. Still in 2022, he became president of IPE Saúde, a state entity. He was also a Board Member of Banrisul and Portos RS, as well as a Tax Advisor at Banrisul Cartões. In 2023, he left the State of RS and assumed the position of Pension Director at Grupo Aegea. Currently, he also holds the position of CFO and Investor Relations Director at Corsan.
Mr. Angelo Augusto Mendes has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, a postgraduate degree in Controllership and Finance from the University of the West of Santa Catarina and in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has worked in the area of engineering and contract management since 1991. He joined the Aegea Group in 2019, and since 2020 he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Ambiental Metrosul, responsible for the sewage system of 9 municipalities in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre.
Mr. Fábio de Arruda has a degree in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and is currently studying a specialization in Urban Infrastructure at the Federal University of São Carlos (SP). He began his career at Aegea Saneamento in 2006, working at the Águas Guariroba concessionaire, working in several sectors. For seven consecutive years, he was Engineering and Operations Manager at the Mirante concessionaire (company responsible for the city’s sewage system through a Public-Private Partnership established with Piracicaba City Hall and Semae) and, later, at Águas de Matão and Águas de Holambra. . He is currently Executive Director of Ambiental Metrosul, responsible for the sewage system of 9 municipalities in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre.
